We are currently seeking an experienced Product Management, Consumer Web professional in our Glendale, CA location.

The Product Manager will own products and features and work closely with the business team, customers and partners to design products that wow our customers and make a difference on the bottom line. In this central role, you will be responsible for owning features, which includes the entire design process from beginning to end, product plans, ensuring the feature's success, and project managing their development.
  • Define and write product and feature requirements and functional specifications that articulate current and future business objectives for new products or major enhancements to existing products
  • Lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment, including engineers, marketing, business development, customer service and partners to plan and launch projects on time, on budget and on spec
  • Ensure the quality of the product by working with QA to develop use cases, review test cases, and track feature bugs
  • Participate in the development of the product roadmap
  • Identify necessary reports, metrics, and analysis to measure the effectiveness and validate the success of completed projects
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in shipping Internet products, possess experience and vision and have strong project management skills.
  • Associate Product Manager: 1-2 years of consumer Internet product management experience
  • Product Manager: 2-5 years of consumer Internet product management experience
  • Sr. Product Manager: 5 + years experience in front or back-end Internet/technology program/product management, preferably including consumer Internet
  • Experience in transforming business and design requirements into a product requirements document
  • Understanding of web development best practices and the product management lifecycle
  • Strong project management skills; organized, extremely high attention to detail, able to manage multiple time-sensitive projects
  • Demonstrated success managing priorities and personalities in cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Fast learner with passion for technology and design
  • BA/BS (preferably in technology, business, or a related field)
