Product Manager I

Responsible for the development of product pricing, retention, and sales strategies to grow revenue and accounts. Understands competitor product strategies and recommends Bank products to enhance market position and profitability. Ability to create use innovative techniques to reach specific market niches. Recommends product pricing strategies and understands impact on overall product offerings. -Partners with LOB managers, F&A in recommending ALCO product pricing. Evaluates product results and makes product modifications as needed. Assumes profit and loss responsibility for assigned products

Bachelors degree preferred in Marketing or Finance, High School diploma or GED required. Two plus years working experience in product management, preferably in the financial services Industry. Ability to effectively interact with all levels of internal and external contacts Basic use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts and techniques. Working knowledge of product management techniques and practices. Basic knowledge of internal procedures for product research development and approval
