US-OH-Cincinnati-Product Manager (Fasteners)

Senco Brands, Inc., a leading international manufacturer and marketer of fastening systems for the building products, industrial, and construction markets, has an excellent opportunity for a Product Manager (Fastener Focus) in our Cincinnati, OH based headquarters.

Responsibilities: The Product Manager - Fastener position is responsible for Product Planning (assessments of current market product requirements and opportunities needed to meet customer and competitive situations); Product Management (Profitability Analysis, Product Line Rationalization, and Product Performance Score Carding); New Product Development (Communication plans, introduction schedules, technical literatures); promotions; pricing; and developing adjacent business alliances.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Administration or related field.  Three to five years of sales / marketing or related experience.  Must have demonstrated in-depth knowledge of fastening products and markets as well as ability to work in a faced paced team environment.  Experience in financial analysis, engineering and/or manufacturing a plus.  Exposure to international cultures also a plus.
