Job Description:

This Fiserv business unit, which focuses on the global large bank market, requires a talented product manager to define the strategy and assist in the evolution of Fiserv fraud, risk and analytics solutions to the large bank market.

POSITION PURPOSE
Fiserv has world class fraud, risk, and analytic solutions and the successful candidate will be required to work with the entire Fiserv organization, and specifically Bank Solutions, Data Analytics Business Intelligence and Industry Risk Management groups to define market requirements and support the delivery to market of these solutions within the division. The product manager will be the voice of the market to the development organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Define market requirements for fraud and risk solutions
2. Define market requirements for analytics and business intelligence solutions
3. Works with product marketing to develop marketing programs
4. Participate in the planning and design of products through all stages of the product life-cycle
5. Conduct marketing presentations to clients and prospects
6. Engage with clients and prospects to understand market needs

*Travel will form a part of the job role, including overseas travel

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or equivalent field. Equivalent work experience may be substituted.

Job Related Experience: A minimum of 5 years relevant work related experience. Banking industry, analytics and or fraud prevention experience preferred.

Functional Area/Skills/Knowledge: Strong knowledge of banking practices in fraud and risk disciplines as well as applied analytics. Candidates must be able to effectively work at all levels of the Fiserv organization. Proven effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multi-task/manage multiple assignments simultaneously.

Capacity to work both independently and in a team, with multiple organizational/management levels and functional departments. Ability to adapt to rapidly changing work priorities. Must be able to make decisions and resolve problems using experience and professional judgment, and provide analysis or advice regarding the use of funds, equipment and resources.
