Today, Allianz Global Assistance is hiring for:
Product Manager
Job Purpose/Role
Responsible for all aspects of product development and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop business cases for product enhancements, extensions or new products.
- Lead cross-functional teams for key product initiatives, including management of project timelines and deliverables.
- Propose and coordinate implementation of enhancements to existing products.
- Monitor product performance.
- Conduct market & competitive analysis.
- Prepare presentations for sales/marketing meetings and events.
- Manage customer experience with products.
- Establish and monitor profitability targets.
- Diagnose profitability drivers and issues.
- Manage the development of insurance products from concept to filing and establish product strategy, roadmap and goals.
- Act as the subject matter expert for product on company project teams
- May perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business or related field.
- Five (5) to seven (7) years product management or development experience.
- Experience in P&C insurance required. LA&H, travel, or financial services preferred.
Additional Information
- Position is routinely expected to travel 15% of time.
- Office environment with moderate noise.
