IBASE USA is looking for qualified Product Manager to continue our expansion in support of the embedded industrial application markets in North America.

Job Description

§         Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities

§         Capture customer insights, market trends, and competitive data through the sales team and partners

§         Be an expert with respect to the competition

§         Visit customers to gather data on product feature set and roadmap and support sales efforts

§         Translate customer needs into products and revenue for the organization

§         Define product strategy and roadmap

§         Initiate projects based on product roadmap

§         Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification

§         Work with Marketing to develop product launch activities including sales collateral, literature updates and web page content

§         Write effective and timely product management bulletins

§         Develop sales tools and collaterals

§         Able to perform technical training and present customer presentations

§         Able to converse comfortably with customers about product line and problem solving

§         Present a polished and professional image to customer.

§         Communicate with sales and technical teams to resolve customer problems

§         Prioritize customer orders and allocations for Operations when needed

§         Act as a project manager for key and significant product development projects

Qualifications

§         BS in a technical or business discipline with knowledge and experience in technical products

§         Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in Product/Project Management

§         Solid business acumen with strong decision making skills

§         Strong customer focus and market appreciation

§         Solid interpersonal teamwork and leadership skills a must

§         Able to resolve differences in an open and direct manner

§         Excellent written and verbal communications skills

§         Must be able to travel 20% of the time
