Immediate need for a Senior Contract recruiter with IT recruiting experience for an on-going contract onsite in Deerfield Beach with a Top South Florida company. The recruiter will be responsible for filling IT and corporate positions. Ideal candidate with have strengths in recruiting using creative sourcing methods, other than job boards.

Responsibilities:
- Interview prospective employees for hourly and salaried jobs
- Refer applicants to specific job openings and work with hiring manager to fill open reqs.
- Administer pre-employment tests, check references, and make job offers.
- Utilize appropriate technical background or knowledge, interview applicants for technical and professional job vacancies, refer qualified applicants to proper level of management for further interviews.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience with at least 3 years as a corporate recruiter (NOT virtual recruiting)
- 3+ years of IT recruiting experience
- Strong experience successfully utilizing sourcing methods other than traditional job boards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to interact with senior level executives
