The position is responsible for the development and enhancement of HealthNow’s proposed and existing online services functionality.

Job Duties:

• Develop and define the Internet value proposition and a needs-driven strategy for online services.


• Recommend the re-engineering of key processes to create a higher degree of customer satisfaction and significant cost reduction by driving current manual and paper-based processes online.


• Develop specifications for a best-in-class online product, exceeding the capabilities of our current and projected carrier competitors.  Translate business goals and initiatives into online business requirements and functional specifications.


• Analyze market opportunities to identify and implement innovative new segment-specific and broader-based online services functionality.

Required Skills:

• Bachelors degree and minimum 5 years product development/management experience in an online environment


• Marketing/product development skills


• Strong analytical skills


• Innovative/visionary mindset for advanced online services
