This is an outstanding opportunity for a marketing professional in the exciting, fast-paced world of on-demand SaaS (Software as a Service). Cvent has launched a new product, the Cvent Supplier Network, a site selection and event supplier sourcing tool. The Cvent Supplier Network is an online marketplace, geared towards helping meeting and event planners effectively select the ideal location for their meetings and events.
The Product Marketing Associate will help develop and implement marketing initiatives and other product related programs for the Cvent Supplier Network.
· Manage Cvent’s global hotel and venue database - all related growth and maintenance
· Manage international product marketing efforts
· Coordinate programs across departments to support product marketing campaigns, sales efforts, product enhancement requests and coordinate implementation of all product related programs
· Develop and execute online and offline marketing campaigns designed to drive qualified site traffic and sales
· Work effectively with internal designers and stakeholders to develop meaningful and targeted marketing collateral, campaign messaging, sales presentations, and other materials for international verticals
· Gather industry research, global competitive landscape data, client requests needs to promote product enhancements, develop innovative strategies and educate product teams across departments
· Develop and execute product related programs to optimize website traffic and improve rankings on major search engines
· Train marketing and sales staff on business processes and product marketing related topics
· Work across departments to promote product usage
· Bachelors Degree
· 2-3 years marketing experience preferred
· Desire to travel internationally up to 25% of the time
· Project management experience a plus
· Knowledge of hospitality industry a plus
· Understanding of current trends and tactics in B2B marketing
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to write clear, persuasive marketing copy
· Attention to detail, deadline focus, and ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks
· Good analytic skills and ability to present analysis clearly
· High degree of computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
· Ability to interact effectively with various levels of management and other departments
