The BOSS Group is partnering with a fast-growing company located in Chicago's River North District, to identify a top-tier candidate for the position of Product Marketing Director. We're looking for a dynamic individual who exudes passion and possesses the expertise to help drive this globally recognized brand to the next level. In this key leadership position you will partner with the VP of Marketing and will collaborate with the US and International teams to achieve goals.
As the Product Marketing Director, you will manage marketing timelines including product launches, develop and oversee budgeting activity, oversee the development of marketing materials, drive long-range product development strategy and keep an eye on competitors. In addition, it will be your responsibility to manage, coach, mentor and develop the marketing team.

As the Product Marketing Director, you will manage marketing timelines including product launches, develop and oversee budgeting activity, oversee the development of marketing materials, drive long-range product development strategy and keep an eye on competitors. In addition, it will be your responsibility to manage, coach, mentor and develop the marketing team.
Position Requirements:
- 5-7 years experience in branding, product management, media and creative including experience manage product launches
- Must possess strong marketing leadership experience within a mid-size Consumer Products Group (CPG) or consumer electronics company
- Experience managing Profit and Loss (P&L) is essential
- Proven project and team management skill set; ability to work in and across teams / cross-functionally, to achieve business goals Strategic thinker with
- Highly organized, process-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Stellar written and verbal communicator, persuasive and compelling presentation skills
- Self-directed and accountable
- Great team leader, motivates and mentors team members
