About the Job
TeleTracking Technologies, the world leader of patient flow automation solutions to the healthcare industry is seeking a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to lead outbound product marketing activities for TeleTracking’s portfolio of capacity management and patient flow products and services. The Product Marketing Manager helps ensure that products are launched and marketed effectively to the appropriate target customers via direct and indirect sales channels and is charged with developing marketing and sales materials in support of product releases, sale campaigns and individual customer engagements, including PowerPoint presentations, marketing white papers, and client success stories/case studies.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the industry, market trends, regulatory/accreditation trends, competitive activity and competitive product/service offerings as they apply to TeleTracking’s product lines
Develop sales tools including presentations, white papers, collateral and competitive analyses
Create and manage marketing activities in support of TeleTracking’s technology partner and indirect sales channels
Manage TeleTracking’s competitive intelligence activities - Develop product messaging including positioning, features & benefits and key selling propositions to differentiate products in the market
Conduct professional product presentations as needed for clients and partners - Deliver sales training to internal teams and external partners
Support development of product launch and go-to-market plans - Develop customer success stories and client testimonials in cooperation with product management and corporate marketing
Assist with development of product literature, white papers, PR Agency documentation and other marketing collateral
Attend trade shows, deliver pre-sale demos, attend customer/partner meetings, press tours and other industry events
Provide concise, factual weekly feedback to management, including activities accomplished and planned as well as issues and constraints encountered
Follow corporate and development policies/procedures
Performs other duties as necessary or assigned by Director, Product Management
QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION: BS/BA in business, marketing, computer science, or healthcare-related discipline. MBA preferred. EXPERIENCE: Five (5) or more years of experience with product marketing/outbound product management of HIS/healthcare software or related systems; must have strong domain knowledge in marketing to acute care hospital environment. Experience in a field-facing role preferred. PROFICIENCIES: Ability to manage multiple projects, set and meet deadlines, with minimal supervision Ability to travel for client conferences, trade shows, pre-sale product demonstrations, partner events and other activities Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications especially PowerPoint, Word. Experience with corporate marketing activities such as advertising, trade shows, customer events, analyst relations, press relations a plus CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: None PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Normal office conditions; Based in Pittsburgh office; able to travel as necessary (30% travel expected)
