Product / Marketing Manager

We are currently engaged in a direct hire/full time search for one of our Clients. We are seeking a highly motivated, results oriented professional for the role of Product/Marketing Manager.

The role will encompass the following job responsibilities:

•          Develop and help execute strategic and tactical launch plans (including all elements of   the marketing mix) to achieve annual revenue and profit objectives.
•         Assist in the development and execution of overall strategic plans for the Women’s Health portfolio with emphasis on areas of direct responsibility.
•         Work with cross functional team to develop an understanding of reimbursement, regulatory, financial, clinical, customer segmentation, and competition
•        Provide Marketing strategies as a member of cross functional development team to develop and launch new products.
•         Become both the internal and external champion for company Women’s Healthcare line of products
•         Manage annual marketing expenditures related to products and programs
•         Participate, and/or lead, any and all reasonable work activities / projects as may be deemed suitable and assigned by management.
•         Conform to, support, and enforce all company policies and procedures.

Desired position requirements:

•         Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
•         3-6 years successful medical device/technology product/marketing experience.
•         Demonstrated successful experience in developing and launching new products.
•         Demonstrated strong branding history in the Pharmaceutical Category.
•         Experience working with cross-functional teams.
•         Outstanding project management skills.
•         Ability to deal effectively and build strong relationships with all levels of external customers, including healthcare providers, vendors and agency partners
