IQinVision has an outstanding reputation for highly differentiated products and best-in-class customer service which has resulted in rapid growth.  We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to support our market strategy, continued growth and business goals.

Candidates must show:

-          Demonstrated success in leading cross functional teams

-          A consistent history of setting and achieving aggressive goals

-          At least 5 years experience in Product Marketing or Product Management in a high technology networking or Security manufacturing business.

The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for, and accountable for, ensuring IQinVision leads the market in new product introductions of highly differentiated, market valuable products that are aligned with our current business model, exceed customer requirements and meet or exceed revenue and margin goals.

In fulfillment of these responsibilities the Product Marketing Manager will:

1.       Travel at least 30% of the time domestically and internationally to interface with End-Users, Integrators, Regional Sales Managers and Technical Support personnel to identify opportunities for products that will increase revenue and profitability.

2.       Work with the entire IQinVision team to develop a business case for profitable, market valuable new products.

3.       Identify complimentary technology companies that IQinVision should have strategic relationships with.

4.       Manage OEM relationships

5.       Develop product definitions and ensure they are well understood by the engineering and operations and ensure Form, Fit and Function are best-in-class for targeted markets.

6.       Develop and maintain a competitive pricing analysis of all direct competitive threats.  This should be updated and distributed at least four times per year.

7.       Establish new Product Pricing that maximizes profitability.

8.       Ensure all new products are presented properly at all major trade shows.

9.       Work with Sales to develop accurate forecasting models for existing and new product lines and drive the company’s product forecasting discipline.

10.   Continually improve the Product Introduction Process to ensure:

a.       First Customer Shipment Dates are clearly communicated to the entire team and met. 

b.      Part numbers are clearly defined, checked for accuracy and pricing and are entered in the appropriate systems.

c.       Product benefits are properly communicated to the targeted markets as well as sales and marketing teams.

d.      IQinVision departments and partners are appropriately trained and familiar with new products prior to any external announcement.  This will require the most in-depth working knowledge of the products outside of the development team.
