K-TEK Global Product Manager – Radar Products
Responsible for all aspects of our open air/guided wave radar product business including the development and implementation of strategic sales and marketing plans. Develops and directs product specific sales presentations, training programs and promotional campaigns. Administers product line budgets and forecast. Maintains OEM and partnership agreements. Advances product development to ensure continued market penetration and product growth.
Responsibilities:
· Monitors and reports on competitive pricing issues and establishes product pricing
· Prepares and evaluates product specific sales budgets and forecasts
· Develops approved advertising and directs product specific advertising and promotional campaigns including product related sales literature and demo equipment
· Initiates market research programs; analyzes and reports on market trends, statistics and competitor products
· Provides technical training and support to employees, sales reps and end users.
Education / Skills:
· Ten or more years experience in the level instrumentation industry
· Engineering degree or equivalent experience
· Must possess a technical background or education
· Prefer candidates with a marketing background
· Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
· Must be willing to travel 25% - 30% of the time
· Self motivated and aggressive
· Proficient computer skills
