Position Summary:

Coordinates and supervises Customer Service personnel by establishing and maintaining basic operating procedures. Interfaces with all departments and clarifies policy and procedures for customers and Customer Service Representatives. Handles and prioritizes complex delivery, pricing and engineering issues with key accounts. Achieves and maintains rapport with customers and works to give them the best possible service. Creates tools to improve department functions.

 

Position Responsibilities:

·         Responsible for the sales management and customer support of CW Products.

·         Supervises staff that responds to customer questions, complaints, inquires and orders for company products and services

·         Prepares policies and procedures for customer service area

·         Recommends special prices, quotes, bid allowances and adjustments to management for approval or guidance

·         Supervises all Proposal and Quote processing to ensure that appropriate approvals are received and that the documents are submitted to Customer in a timely manner

·         Supervises order-processing activities to ensure that customer product orders will be manufactured and shipped in a timely manner

·         Ensures product pricing is maintained and accurate. Includes managing all executed Customer LTAs and Contracts

·         Assist in the preparation of and manage annual sales budget and forecast.

·         Supports field representatives in responding to customer requests.

·         Creates and maintains key performance indicators.

·         Support business growth expectations by the development of internal systems, tools and sales personnel

·         Execute special projects as needed.

Essential Skills and Experience:

·         Advanced capabilities to develop and maintain customized reports.

·         Solid written and verbal communication skills as well as collaborative positive can do working attitude.

·         Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. 

·         Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. 

·         Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

·         Ability to develop and manage financials for Proposal and Quotation Submittals

·         Must be PC Literate.

 

Minimum Education requirements:

·         Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
