Clifford Thames, Inc. is the North American subsidiary of Clifford Thames UK and is currently seeking an experienced technical sales person who has the motivation and dedication to drive telesales coupled with sound technical and automotive skills.
Reporting to the Office Operations Manager of Clifford Thames Inc and entirely supporting an Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC), main responsibilities will include:
· Daily Outbound Telesales and follow up calls
· Providing sales reporting, strategy and marketing suggestions to increase EPC sales
· Provide Technical Assistance to Dealership personnel for DVD, LAN and Web Concerns related to the EPC
· Provide training support for new and existing customers on the product
· Take order information and process orders for new catalog subscriptions.
· Receiving incoming phone calls from dealer customers
The successful candidate must have a high degree of interpersonal and analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to prioritize daily workload and tenacity and willingness to follow a problem through to ultimate resolution. Computer skills in the areas of LAN installation and configuration, WEB browser settings and overall PC troubleshooting are mandatory. A degree in a related field is preferred but candidates with a high school diploma or GED equivalent and a proven background will be considered. Initial working hours are 8.00 am – 5.00 pm
Candidates will also ideally have:
· Dealership or Aftermarket parts and service operations experience
· A can do attitude with willingness to perform whatever tasks are necessary to get the job done.
