Principle Function:

Support Eternal sales activities by ensuring customer satisfaction through in-depth product knowledge and resolving inquiries.

Principle Accountabilities:

1. Acquire and maintain expert knowledge on product, competition and industry
   
2. Acquire working knowledge of company’s custom database system in order to generate orders, track shipments and follow up on customer inquiries
   
3. Provide technical advice in application or troubleshoot through written or verbal communications
   
4. Act as communication liaison between customers and management and alert management to recurring field issues
   
5. Maintain customer records and call log of product problems in the database
   
6. Generate detailed reports with photos to communicate field issues to management or engineers
   
7. Periodic support on special projects such as rework or internal product tests
   
8. Coordinate contracted technicians in database system to resolve escalated customer

Issues

9. HVAC experience, plumbing, electrical that would be great

10. Should also have basic computer skills including Windows, Excel and Outlook.
