Product Support Administrator
About the Job
The position requires strong DST and processing experience, preferably with retirement product experience. Works closely with Relationship Support Associates to service investment trades within the retirement platform through DCIO. This business is fast paced and requires deadline orientation to meet funding requirements on large trades and sensitive client transactions.
Provide trade and operational support to our full service and investment only Retirement clients and to enhance business relationships with new firms.
- Monitor and report on large trade flows in support of the trading and investment areas, providing follow-up and responding to inquiries.
- Work with management on new service and product deployments.
-Proficient in Putnam record keeping (Shareholder/DST) systems including account set up, maintenance, dealer records, commissions and problem resolution.
-Pro-actively participate in client projects to ensure completion in an accurately and timely manner
-Demonstrate advanced understanding and knowledge of Excel .
