• Experience of RNA +/or DNA manipulation
• PCR techniques
• Sequencing
• Site directed mutagenesis
• GPCR second messenger assays
• High throughput screening
• Isolation and purification nucleic acid techniques
• Hands-on experience of mammalian cell culture/ recombinant cell lines
Job Requirements:
BS/MS in biology along with experience of some or all of the skills listed above:
