We are seeking a Production Administrator to provide administrative support for our new Indianapolis homebuilding division.

Excellent planning and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience in the homebuilding industry and familiarity with accounting cycles is a plus
Ability to to multi-task with handling daily activities as well as special projects
Solid critical/logical thinking to be able to work through complex issues and resolve them.
As Production Administrator your responsibilities will include daily communication and maintenance with subcontractors and Project Managers as it relates to invoicing, accounts payable and new starts. You will also post and batch all approved invoices and field checks, compose and maintain reports, vendor insurance and contractor agreements and schedules. Working as a key team member, you will deal with all levels of personnel.
