Responsible for coordinating the development of products from design intent to bulk production in support of the PINK brand.

-Create and maintain product development documents (sample requests, cost charts)

-Owns maintenance of BOM's in FLEX post style review.

-Ensures all pre production system requirements for adoption in FLEX are updated and conducts adoptions in association with the merchant team

-Request, maintain, and track prototypes, style review samples, post style review samples, VSD/photo/creative samples

-Review all samples upon receipt for accuracy.

-Effectively communicate changes to appropriate cross functional teams and global offices in a timely manner.

-Track development to assure execution within timeframes for milestone meetings and bulk production

-Gather costing

-Gather and prepare all reporting for milestone meetings (LAR's, cost break downs, BOM copies)

-Attend all fit sessions to ensure state of readiness for bulk production, adherence to DDD's, any changes that may affect cost or delivery

-Demonstrate a work ethic that is consistent with teamwork and the shared values of the enterprise

-Bachelor's degree in retail merchandising, business or related area or equivalent experience

-At least one internship experience in a corporate environment preferred

-Proficient with Microsoft Office suite; proven Excel skills required

-Detail oriented with strong multi-tasking and organizational skills

-Strong work ethic

-Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
