Arnerich Massena, Inc. is seeking a Production Associate.  The primary responsibilities of this position include coordinating and communicating the production workflow with peers and departments, accommodating all production related requests, and assuring timely and accurate delivery to recipients.

Essential Functions:

§         Complete the company’s production and fulfillment needs such as, but not limited to: quarterly reports, manager searches, asset allocation studies, newsletter mailings, white papers, RFPs and mass mailings

§         Coordinate the delivery and pickup of all projects

§         Maintain and coordinate companywide archiving and storage

§         Maintain and distribute Manager Search, Fund Fact Sheet, and Report Tracking lists

§         Assist in occasional population of market values into proprietary database software

§         Maintain the company software application with reporting information such as, but not limited to: PDF archives of quarterly reports, employee assignments, client contacts, addresses and other delivery related instruction and information

§         Responsible for moving storage boxes, office furniture, and equipment when necessary

§         Distribute regular filing and client statements

§         Provide receptionist coverage when assigned

§         Conduct monthly inventory of Education materials

§         Responsible for the ordering and upkeep of office supplies companywide

§         Ensure equipment in production and copy rooms is functioning properly and handle maintenance calls when needed

§         Other duties and or projects as assigned by department supervisor

 

 

Qualifications:

Experience in a similar capacity is preferred. Proficiency with a variety of computer programs including Word, Outlook, Excel, Acrobat, and UPS software is preferred. Ability to learn proprietary database will be a necessity.  Understanding of financial and investment terminology is desirable.  Must be dependable, highly organized, and have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.  Must be able to perform effectively in a fast paced environment and work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.  Must recognize the importance of teamwork and providing professional services.  Ability to lift up to 50 pounds is desired.  Must be willing to work unscheduled overtime as necessary.
