Position: Production Chemist

Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for production process of our existing products and new products.
• Performing existing production process and new products.
• Performing experiments for troubleshooting and process improvements,
• Writing SOPs for new production procedures, and reviewing and editing existing SOPs to reflect changes in procedures.
• Assists in developing scalable processes with improved product yield and reduced costs for manufacturing systems.
• May research and implement new methods and technologies to enhance operations and advise possible safety issues involved.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess the following:
• B.S., M.S. in relevant science such as Biochemistry or Chemistry and have at least 1-2 years industry experience.
• Hands-on experience with standard laboratory techniques;
• Prior experience with DNA/RNA oligonucleotide related synthesis, production experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form, to all levels of the organization
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to be successful in a team environment.
