Production Coordinator

Responsibilities: •Support Audit, Tax, and Advisory staff with processing and production of standard and customized financial statements, reports and proposals as requested •Schedule and coordinate project for the department and multiple offices •Perform duplicating services •Input and revise document from handwritten, typed, converted or scanned materials using appropriate word processing equipment •Create, format, review, as well as correct financial statements •Scan and reformat documents, e-mails, and faxes •Maintain consistency and quality assurance for various financial reports •Complete assignments on time at optimum quality •Remain current with standard software •Maintain and track chargeable hours for internal accounting recoveries •Assist with special projects, as requested Qualifications: •Three years of progressive production/reporting experience within a large corporate or professional services environment •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience •Able to work overtime, especially during peak busy season •Able to function independently in a fast-paced, highly professional business and technological environment •Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Explorer, and Access as well as Adobe Acrobat •Strong typing/word processing skills •Ability to prioritize assignments and work under pressure with short deadlines •Team player with a positive attitude and who exercises independent judgment while working with a variety of high level tasks and anticipate the needs of the management team KPMG offers and supports flexible work arrangements as well as part-time schedules.
