Job Description…
Since the inception of GiftCards.com, we have been growing nearly 100% each year and we are looking for an experienced equipment operator to join our team to help continue that growth.
Responsibilities…
Facilitate all on-site storage, inventory, and record management requests.
Facilitate delivery of all materials through the fulfillment area ensuring that all security requirements and steps are completed.
Document current policiies and procedures in the fulfillment area as well as implement new procedures for efficiency.
Performs all basic production equipment operation. Ensures a steady workflow. Achieves and maintains productivity standards as required by the department.
Performs minor equipment maintenance and adjustments as needed.
Ensures quality checks are performed before, during, and upon completion of production runs with emphasis on meeting department standards.
Records pieces damaged during production run and accurately completes documentation such as meter logs, destruction logs, and production logs.
Maintains a clean work area.
Completes 100% of all required processing documents.
Completes expedite package requests using FedEx software.
Other duties as assigned.
Skills/Education…
Ability and willingness to follow and enforce all policies and procedures pertaining to Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card personalization and manufacturing.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to lift a maximum of 50 lbs. on a daily basis.
- High attention to detail.
- Basic mechanical skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with Datacard equipment, Bowe, Bell, & Howell and FedEx machines a plus.
- Experience with handling secured materials a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years previous work experience in a production environment is preferred.
- Minimum of a high school diploma.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, twist, and stoop frequently.
- Ability to be flexible with schedule and potentially work overtime to complete work from a shift.
