Automotive parts manufacturer is looking for a 2nd and 3rd shift groupleader.  We are looking for candidates with experience in a manufacturing environment who are quality oriented, have past supervisory experience, excellent communication skills and a proven ability to lead people in a team environment.  Must be willing to work overtime including weekends.  Responsibilities include carrying out assignments issued by the supervisor, organizing and assigning work to utilize available skills, knowledge and experience, ensure the safe use of all equipment, and maintain conformance with company policies and procedures.
