My Client Company, a growing automotive supplier located in the Southeastern U.S., has an immediate need for an experienced Production Manager – Rubber Extrusion with 5 plus years of demonstrated supervisory experience in the rubber extrusion and automotive industry.  This position oversees the production process ensuring that all direct/indirect production activities are carried out in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Specific Responsibilities include:

• Coordination of the activities of Production Planning and Control as well as Production and Maintenance Supervisors to achieve product, process, quality and delivery goals.

• Participate in Advanced Product Quality Planning and Control Plan (APQP) activities.
• Assist in establishing goals and objectives as well as evaluating the performance of supervisory personnel in Production, Maintenance and Production Control.
• Reports to General Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Five plus years of supervisory experience in rubber extrusion in an automotive supplier environment is a must.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.  Additional college level courses would be a plus.

Education: High School plus some college

Compensation: to $70k plus paid relocation
