AS&E is currently looking for a Production Manager who will be responsible for managing the manufacturing operations for the ZBS product through subordinate first line supervisors. |
| Responsibilities: |
You will also interface with the Product Line Manager and other team managers in support of manufacturing objectives and will oversee the implementation of lean manufacturing principles within the product line. You will be responsible for meeting performance goals including, Labor UPC, On Time Delivery, First Pass Yield and Safety. Will need to drive continuous improvement through the Corrective and Preventative action process. Department staffing, employee retention, and employee development are also key requirements. Other duties as required or directed. |
