LS Research is currently looking for a candidate to fill the position of Production Manager in our Cedarburg, WI facility.  This position will consist of the following responsibilities:

-          Prototype and production logistics management

-          US and international CM management

-          Coordination of production schedules

-          Inventory control and creation / maintenance of MRP system

-          Supervision of test equipment generation

-          Plan, coordinate and direct quality programs to ensure quality assurance of production is consistent with customer and regulatory standards

-          Maintain quality objectives to maximize product reliability and minimize cost

-          Establishment of RMA system for returned goods

-          Plan and organize training activities related to product quality and reliability

Requirements:

-          EE or EET degree

-          Minimum 5 years experience within a production environment

-          Experience setting up and maintaining MRP system

-          Quality control experience

-          Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

In addition, you must have extensive knowledge of Lean Manufacturing processes, proven team building and leadership skills and the ability to work in a fast pace environment under minimal supervision.
