This critical position is responsible for all activities related to production and installation process flow, inventory control, quality, personnel, revenue goals and plant layout and reports directly to the Operations Director.    We are looking for a progressive leader who has direct management experience and who has a history of improving assembly operations from organized to best in class status with a focus on improving product quality while maintaining budget targets. 

The ideal candidate will possess a technical Associates Degree (Bachelors Degree preferred) from an accredited college or technical school – equivalent work experience will also be considered.  In addition, at least 5 years of direct management experience, a progressive leadership style and strong computer fluency are a must.  The ability to read engineering drawings, ERP exposure as well as shipping, logistics and inventory management exposure will aid in success and actual experience in these areas is ideal.  

Experience with an ISO certified company is certainly a plus.  In addition, they must enjoy working in a fun, fast paced environment where people enjoy themselves, work hard and do their job well.
