Production Manager - Wood Products

This is an outstanding profitable and growing company.

This position reports directly to the Operations Manager and will have eight direct Supervisor reports.
Will be responsible for Plant Operations on two shifts.

Bachelors degree preferred, but will consider equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
Must have stable work history with progressive growth.
Must be very strong in Production Scheduling.
Strong wood products experience and operations management skills.
Must have experience with Veneers as well as having a strong Finish background.
World Class Manufacturing process experiences a plus.
Must have been responsible for upward of 120 employees and preferably on multiple shifts.

Requires 7+ years of experience in wood products such as cabinets, furniture, doors, etc.

This position is located in the Midwest.

We are not seeking Production Supervisor level candidates, but really prefer someone ready to step into the Plant Manager or Operations Manager position.
