PRODUCTION /ASSISTANT PLANT MANAGER-NV

Letica Corporation, a leading manufacturer of plastic and paper packaging products, is seeking a Production/Assistant Plant Manager to join our team in our facility in Las Vegas, NV.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Managing day to day molding floor operations


• Ensure adequate staffing is scheduled to meet customer demands


• Assist in planning and directing operations to achieve objectives for safety, quality, on-time delivery, an customer satisfaction

Requirements:

·        Minimum of 5 years experience in injection molding management

·        Ability to work within a Quality Operating System

·        Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

·        Prefer experience in thin wall and/or paper
