Our partner, Cree, Inc. a market-leading manufacturer of LED (light-emitting diode) products, has immediate Production Operator positions available.  In this position you will be part of a team built on honesty and integrity that thrives in a casual work environment.

Individuals will work on a dedicated 12 hour shift. Positions are contract-to-hire; successful candidates will be expected to learn quickly, apply knowledge, and must meet the requirements below.

Basic Requirements:

·         1-3 years manufacturing experience

·         Ability to stand for 12 hours at a time with the flexibility to work night or day shift

·         Must have HS Diploma or GED

·         Basic computer and math skills

·         Good communication, both written and oral; ability to read and write effectively

·         Proven work history and longevity in previous positions

·         Comfortable working with chemicals

·         Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task

·         Aptitude for handling repetitive tasks

Preferred Requirements:

·         Semiconductor manufacturing 

·         Electrical, technical, or high-end manufacturing 

·         Prior military service (within the last ten years)

·         Microscope experience

·         Experience working in a cleanroom environment
