The company knows what type of candidate is successful in their environment. Below are the leadership, continuous improvement initiative, energy and technical skills desired. I understand there many good candidates outside the industries and skills listed, but we wanted interview you if you have the following background:

1. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, prefer Engineering major
2. Minimum of 3 years as a Supervisor/Manager and minimum of 5 years in high speed packaging. Currently you may be employed as a Production Resource/Supervisor in a snack food or beverage company. You may be currently employed as a Production/Maintenance/Quality Manager for a plastic bottle manufacturer. We are looking for relevant industry experience. 
3. Your leadership style needs to be team oriented with good energy and passion.
4. You should be able to easily share current examples with quantifiable results of continuous improvement initiatives.
5. The location is Eastern Pennsylvania. We do have relocation assistance but no home buyout plan.
