The Production/Product Development Coordinator will assists the Product Development and Production departments in the management of the product life cycle. This candidate will also be responsible for administrative and tracking tasks, as well as sample receiving and sending. 

In addition, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Tracking, Logging in, distributing, and sending product development / production submits and approvals.
  
  
• Ordering and tracking proto-types and salesman samples.
  
  
• Maintaining seasonal shadeband and color library for the category.
  
  
• Assisting the Associate Manager / Prod Manager in issuing purchase orders to Planning Team and follow-up on factory receipt of purchase orders.
  
  
• Checking accuracy of retail price on purchase order, buys and all other reports.
  
  
• Monitoring time and action calendar in conjunction with Production or Product Development Manager / Associate Manager.
  
  
• Attending fittings, assisting in disseminating critical fit issues to factories, and sending weekly fit status report.
  
  
• Assisting in verifying customer packing instructions, tracking and reporting to schedules.

The ideal candidate will also possess:

• 4 year degree with a minimum of 1 year experience.
  
  
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
