This candidate will be responsible for the production/processing lines and up to 50+ employees on 2nd shift within this fast paced production facility. This person should also have good analytical, technical, organizational, training and people skills.

Position Requirements:

·  Thorough knowledge food processing/manufacturing

·  Self-starter with the ability to work with & direct total production for 50+ hourly employees.

·  5+ years experience and 3+ years of production supervisor level experience

·  A team player with good organizational, budgetary, inventory, planning, analytical, & lean manufacturing skills

·  Must be results-driven & possess excellent people skills & leadership ability

·  4 year degree is preferred "hand's-on" experience within the food industry

·  Willing to work the necessary hours to accomplish a growing company's goals

·  Able to successfully communicate goals & expectations to employees with a clear understanding.

·  Working knowledge within FDA, AIB, USDA., HACCP, GMP's, SSOP's & SOP's 

·  Willing to change shifts as needed.

·  Must be bi-lingual in Spanish/English

·  Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
