This is an entry-level 2^nd shift position.  The candidate must be willing to spend the time to provide leadership and guidance to personnel while supporting improvements in quality and production.  The candidate must demonstrate the ability to communicate to all personnel including maintenance, production, quality, etc. while providing the written feedback to other management personnel.  This is not a 40-hour job and will include Saturday work.

Engineering degree is preferred or equivalent is required.  Excellent human relation skills and experience in the food industry or similar industry is preferred.  Supervisory training and knowledge of GMPs, sanitation, and union relations is a plus.  Only candidates interested in a long-term career and willing to invest in their future should apply.

Bachelors degree or equivalent supervisory training or experience as a first-line supervisor in a manufacturing environment with demonstrated ability to effectively lead people.  Excellent human relation skills, strong mechanical background, and experience in the food industry or similar industry are preferred.  Knowledge of GMPs, sanitation, and union relations is helpful.
