The Judge Group, INC. is currently in search of a Degreed Production Supervisor for a Large Building Materials Manufacturing Company located in Cincinnati, OH. Candidate(s) will have a Degree, and 2-3 Years of solid Production Supervisory Experience within a Wall-Board / Dry-Wall Manufacturing Facility.

Description:

Lead team of 15 to 30 hourly associates with varying levels of experience and education. Responsible for people and team development, quality performance, cost, service and safety. Develops individuals and the team to solve routine operational issues. Motivates the team to achieve established performance targets. Administers policies and procedures. Initiates and implements continuous improvement projects.

REQUIREMENTS:
