Production Supervisor

We are searching for motivated leaders with strong employee relations skills, proven track records of success and increased responsibility, who are committed to excellence.  The position involves direct supervision of a team of 18 production employees, Daily responsibilities will include leading employees in the areas of safety, productivity, efficiency, process improvement, and quality in their assigned area.  Additionally, the supervisor will be expected to help us achieve manufacturing excellence by establishing and communicating goals, coaching, evaluating performance and developing people to improve their performance.  The production supervisor position is the first step into a management career. Our plant is a non-union facility that operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Job Requirements :

The ideal candidate will have the following background and experience:

• 2-5 years experience in Production Supervision
• Bachelor's Degree
• Willingness to work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule.
• Ability to isolate and solve problems.
• Able to build cooperative relationships with various functional areas.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience.
• Exhibit exceptional communication skills.
