Due to retirement, our client is a dynamic, international, rapidly growing manufacturer. We are seeking a Production Supervisor who is ready to take responsibility for the hands-on supervision of 30 spanish team members for the First Shift.

Responsibilities:

*Ensure all production goals are met by ensuring that the line has the necessary staff and materials required to achieve daily goals.

*Able to supervise a team of 30

*Maintain all quality standards through all phases of the production line

*Work with HR to fill open positions and address team member issues

*Actively participate in daily production meetings

*Work closely with the Production Manager, Logistics, Supply Chain and Engineering departments for continuous improvement on the production quality and delivery of our products

Required:

*2 to 3 years Production Line supervisory experience

*Bi-Lingual Spanish is a must

*Able to manage multiple priorities

*Computer skills Basic MSOffice, Oracle is a plus
