One of our clients is seeking Production Leadership, in the form of a supervisor capable of driving change with a combination of technical and hands on strength. They are a long standing and ever growing company with a strong ethical ideal of commitment to both their employees as well as the consumer by delivering a quality product.
We are looking at candidates from all industries of manufacturing, and the ideal fit here is someone with a good mix of technical strength (quality, safety, etc.) in combination with leadership skills. This is a great company, that can offer several platforms for advancement and old-school stability but with very state of the art technical operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 to 4 years of Production Leadership
- Experience in Managing in an Employee Involvement and/or Team based culture
- Solid Communication and Leadership skill
- Proven skills in Quality Assurance in clean manufacturing environment
