Position Summary
Responsible for managing the production work cell and ensuring team targets and objectives are met in all aspects of the business, while promoting, implementing and monitoring the process of continuous improvement.

Duties and Responsibilities
*Provide a safe and healthy work environment.
*Promote team work.
*Monitor and evaluate costs, quality of service, identifying areas for improvement.
*Achieve production schedules within defined budgets.
*Review performance on a regular and consistent basis with direct reports.
*Assist appropriate function in defining training and development needs.
*Implement continuous improvement programs to eliminate waste.
*Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
*Minimum high school diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
*5 years manufacturing experience.
*Working knowledge of production process.
*U.S. Citizenship

Additional Desired Skills
*Aerospace Manufacturing experience.
