Production Supervisor

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Sugar Creek is a food manufacturing company in the tri-county area of Cincinnati, Ohio. We are searching for the right person to supervise our production department with high speed packaging lines.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise production of quality products efficiently and safely while meeting deadlines.

• Serve as technical and training resource for production team.

• Trouble shoot equipment and report to maintenance.

• Development of production plans and measure against production goals.

• Maintain daily production records.

• Act as liaison for Human Resource Department and production employees.

Experience:

In depth knowledge of regulatory requirements for USDA as well as GMP for food operations.

Understanding of manufacturing and warehousing processes.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Proficiency in trouble shooting equipment.

Effective interpersonal management skills in interacting with cross-functional teams such as QA, HR, Management, Maintenance and Warehousing.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelors degree required

We require a minimum of 3 years experience in food packaging supervision.

Available to work on weekends if necessary.
