ClinForce is currently seeking a Production Supervisor for Mooresville, IN.

Successful candidate will be responsible for the operation and production results of the facility to include:  goal achievement, problem solving coordination, establishment of shift priorities and achievement of production results.  Other responsibilities are as follows:

  • Training and development of all skilled associates.  This includes current certification and gap analysis development plans.
  • Ensure the accurate completion of required documentation per prescribed SOPs and cGMPs.
  • Develop a collaborative and effective interface with all site resources as listed in the scope.
  • Act as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) on plan computer based systems.
  • Develop, train and motivate Team Leaders through regular feedback, participation in group decision-making, open communication and setting priorities.
  • Provide leadership and direction in Safety, Quality and Productivity through the use of continuous improvement process.
  • Evaluate job performance of Team Leaders and assist in the development of core teams.
  • Ensure compliance to company policies, cGMPs and SOPs.
  • Maintain shift performance and documentation of production results.
  • Maintain established standard of housekeeping and documentation relative to the Supervisor's area using CARE (Cleanliness Adherence Requires Everyone).
  • Ensure accuracy of department production reporting.  Verify daily/weekly results and communicate to all associates.
  • Actively participate in training classes like DOL (Dynamics of Leadership) and Safety Training.
  • Act as the manufacturing representative in the absence of the Production Manager.
  • Establish a supportive relationship with all supervision in order to establish site consistency.
  • Report to the Production Manager any information, which goes beyond daily operational issues.  Maintain communications regarding efficiencies, downtime, quality, issues, employee relations concerns, scheduling problems or any other information that affects the success of the operation.
  • Responsible for continuous improvement processes to include projects, initiatives, process implementation and problem solving processes.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Experience/Minimum Requirements:  3-5 years Production Line Supervision

Education/Degree: Bachelors Degree - any discipline; BS in Supervision or Engineering preferred
