Privately owned food processing plant with about 170 employees. The plant has been in business for over 30 years and has doubled in size the last five years.

They position will be responsible for supervising a line of 15 techs, monitor yields, labor cost, scheduling, training and build a stable environment. Must have experience with high speed packaging machines and fast change overs.

The person must have at least two years experience as a supervisor or line leader in a food processing plant and fluent in Spanish is a plus.
