Production Supervisor
Our Client, a Fortune 500 Food/Beverage Manufacturing company, is currently seekingProduction Supervisors for their facility in the Midwest.All applicants must be within2-4 years experience as a Production Supervisor in the Food/Beverage Manufacturing industry.Other Industries, such as Consumer Packaged Goods, or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, will be considered, but Food/Beverage is their first preference.Bachelor’s Degree isrequired!
All applicants must also have at least two types of elected leadership roles throughout high school and/or college.This must be documented in your resume upon time of submittal.Be specific – list the extra-curricular activity along with the title of your role (i.e. Team Captain Varsity Baseball/Softball; Vice President of Fraternity/Sorority etc).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Responsible for the success of the department
-Manage employees in achieving safety, productivity & quality goals
-Scheduling products
-Coordinate transportation & supplies
-Verify daily inventories
-Enforce company policy & uphold labor contracts
-Initiate process/departmental improvements
-Verify that product meets quality standards & employees are following safety procedures
-Interact with staff engineers and departmental managers daily
-Record & Verify employee payroll/attendance records
-Update production schedule
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree is Required
-Must be WITHIN 2-4 years Production Supervisory experience in Food/Beverage Manufacturing; other manufacturing industries (i.e. Consumer Packaged Goods) will be considered
-Two(2) types of elected leadership roles throughout high school and/or college demonstrated (must be incorporated into resume)
-Open to Shift
-Willing to relocate in the future
-Solid communication skills
-Knowledge of SOPs, GMPs and continuous improvement initiatives are highly preferred
