Production Supervisor

This is a professional, permanent placement opportunity! My food manufacturing client currently seeks a Production Supervisor to join their Lycoming County, Pennsylvania facility. Primary responsibilities include overseeing production floor line to ensure quality, efficiency and minimal downtime; verify product codes are printed correctly; schedule staff to cover for absences and breaks; oversee equipment maintenance to avoid breakdowns; ensure work environment is hazard free; assist in production schedule monitoring; works within SAP. This position directly reports to the Production Manager. This is a permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualified candidates must have at least 1 year experience within a production supervisory role. Ideally the candidate will have prior food industry background, however will consider those from other manufacturing environments. Requires strong references and attendance history.
