Production Supervisor-Las Vegas NV

 PRODUCTION SUPERVISORS-LAS VEGAS, NEVADA  

Letica Corporation, a leading manufacturer of plastic and paper packaging products, is seeking highly motivated PRODUCTION SUPERVISORS to join our team in Jean, NV.  Shift Supervisors are held responsible for the safe and efficient operation of their department / shift. Knowledge of quality management and safety practices, and experience in plastic injection molding is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Directing and supervising the activities of 15+ hourly associates
• Scheduling work assignments
• Initiating improvement efforts
• The continued operation of equipment with minimal downtime
• The manufacture of quality products at minimal costs. 

Requirements:

Ability & willingness to work off shifts and weekends

Minimum of 3-5 years supervisory experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Average or better computer knowledge

Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent problem solving skills

Good communication skills

          Have proven leadership and team building skills
