REQUIREMENTS:
- BS Degree preferred but not required
- 2-4 years experience in a supervisory role in a food manufacturing environment
- Experience leading motivating and developing associates
- Knowledge of GMP's HACCP, USDA, FDA
- Computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to work on 3rd shift
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage a team of 15-20 associates, providing leadership and training
- Ensure quality of product manufactured
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and sanitation requirements
- Manage employee issues and resolve conflicts
