Production Supervisor (Promotable-from snacks, baked goods)

You will be pleased to learn about this growing company. You will lead processing and packaging associates on your lines over a 24/7 period. It is expected that the Production Supervisor will successfully initiate continuous improvements among her/his team. We like for high energy, solid prior and similar industry work experience. AIB experience is a plus. We look for a candidate that can grow as the company's grows and earn promotions.

 

We would like to consider your background, if you have the following:

  1. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
  2. Minimum of 3 years as a Production or Operations Supervisor / Resource and a minimum of 5 years 7 years in a food manufacturing facility. Ideal prior experience could come from a snack food, baked goods, dry mix manufacturer.
  3. Strong work ethic and leadership skills
  4. We are not looking for someone that has advanced their career with multiple company changes.
  5. Prefer local candidates in South Carolina and easy relocation renters first.
